No General Parking
There is no general public parking at Ambleside Park. Please plan to use transit, rideshare, or taxi.
Marine Drive / Park Royal is the main transit corridor. Check the festival map ahead of time for GA, VIP / Ultra VIP, and Accessible entrances.
Transit and rideshare pick-up/drop-off zones are located 10–15 minutes from the festival site — flat-soled shoes are a strong recommendation.

Plan Ahead
Plan your ride home before you arrive. Expect heavy traffic and rideshare demand after the 10PM curfew.
Please be patient, follow staff direction, and be respectful of the surrounding neighbourhood on your way out.

Ticket & ID Ready
Download the Tixr app and add your ticket to your mobile wallet before you arrive. Screenshots will not work for entry.
Have your QR code pulled up in the app along with valid government photo ID. Be prepared to open your bag and empty your pockets at security.
GA, VIP, and Table Service guests each have designated entrances — arrive early and head to the right one.
This is a strictly 19+ event. Photos or copies of ID will not be accepted. Once you leave the grounds, re-entry is not permitted.

Cashless Event
Food and beverage vendors will be on site, and free water refill stations are available throughout.
Reusable bottles and hydration packs are welcome as long as they're under 1L and completely empty upon entry.
SOULRISE is a cashless event — bring debit, credit, or mobile payment.

Rain or Shine
SOULRISE happens rain or shine. Check the forecast before you leave and dress for changing waterfront conditions.
Sunscreen for the day, a warm layer for the evening. Comfortable shoes are a strong recommendation.

We've Got You
Medical and first aid teams are on site all day. If you or someone around you needs help, tell any staff or security member right away.
Nobody gets in trouble for asking for medical help.

A Few Things
Smoking (including cannabis) is not permitted on the festival grounds. Electronic (nicotine) devices are permitted. Gum, pets, littering, glitter, and confetti are also not permitted. Help us leave Ambleside beautiful.
SOULRISE is a space for everyone. Harassment, violence, discrimination, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Look after yourself and the people around you.

Details on unclaimed items will be posted after the event. SOULRISE isn't responsible for lost or stolen items, so keep valuables with you and leave anything extra at home.
